Jesus Died on Good Wednesday not Good Friday

For those of you who love accurate Bible knowledge, here are the facts showing that Jesus was crucified on Wednesday at 3PM.


 
As an added historical note, in April of the year 25 or 31 A.D., the Jews celebrated the Passover on Wednesday which is the 14th day of Nisan in the Jewish calendar.

Churches need to help single people get married

Churches should not be pushing Christians to stay single unless they want it themselves. Actually, they should encourage marriage and offer singlehood as a second choice, which is not what is being done. You might disagree on the basis of what the Apostle Paul wrote, I would like you to be free from concern. Is the star of Bethlehem a REAL star?

For centuries we've come to believe that the star of Bethlehem in the Biblical narrative of Christ's birth was some sort of supernatural cosmic event.  But, was it a LITERAL star? As explained in the Greek Interlinear concordance, the word "star" can be rendered LITERAL or FIGURATIVE! My conclusion it should be considered figuratively or something else than a real cosmic star.
