  Most Christians have come to believe that in the Bible, Egypt represents the world and that Israel represents the heavenly kingdom. We can then also say that as Jews were the believers in the Old Testament, the Christians are in the New. With this in mind, we can then allude that time spent in Egypt by the Jews could also be an image of the Christian's time on earth during the Church age. If we agree to this comparison, we can then conclude that the Exodus of the Jews from Egypt can also be a prophetic image of the Rapture. Bitterness is one of the most serious malaise that can be found in the human heart. Not only can it stunt the spiritual growth of a Christian, it can ruin a life and even bring death. Only a proper understanding of this emotional illness can protect us from it taking root or help us remove its cancerous effects. For those of you who love accurate Bible knowledge, here are the facts showing that Jesus was crucified on Wednesday at 3PM.   As an added historical note, in April of the year 25 or 31 A.D., the Jews celebrated the Passover on Wednesday which is the 14th day of Nisan in the Jewish calendar.   

  I know that for centuries, we've come to believe that the star of Bethlehem in the Biblical narrative of Christ's birth was some sort of supernatural cosmic event. We've also accepted it as such because we trusted Bible translators in deciding to use the word "star". But, was it a LITERAL star? As explained in the Greek Interlinear concordance, the word "star" can be rendered literal or FIGURATIVE! I believe the Bible can clearly demonstrate that it in this case it was figuratively.
